IWC Hermet Sport Cal. 83 1940's Black Dial Men's Steel Vintage Watch

A rare and stunning example of the IWC Hermet Sport dating from the early 1940’s . Powered by the famous IWC calibre 83 this watch sports an original dial with beautifully aged lume and a razor sharp case in mint condition.

At 32.5mm this is still highly wearable and looks bigger on the wrist with its combination of black dial, aged lume and sharp case making for an attractive daily wearer. Adding to the allure of this piece is the inclusion of INCA shock protection and “Anti-Magnet” on the dial, referring to early attempts to protect the watch from the effects of magnetism.  

This piece is almost flawless with the small exception of a mark between the 2 and 4 o'clock positions which can only be seen at certain angles. A video is available should you wish.
