As we've mentioned before, when it comes to vintage Rolex, few things are ever black and white. "No lume" dials with T SWISS T marked on the base of the dials is just one such example. Yet several untouched original examples have confirmed this to be a legitimate combination and it just adds to the fascination of Rolex's from this era.

With its clean lines and pie pan dial, the Rolex Datejust reference 1601 is arguably the most timeless vintage Rolex ever made. Condition Report:

Presented in excellent vintage condition. The dial remains almost flawless with just the smallest of marks between 1-2. The case and bracelet have both received a polish in the past but the case remains sharp. The movement is serviced and running well. Finally the watch is fitted with a later, but correct rolled link 6251H jubilee bracelet. The bracelet will currently fit wrists upto 14.5cm. Extra links can be sourced and fitted at cost or the watch fitted with a leather strap.
