Longines Flagship Automatic 3418 9k Gold, 1966

A beautiful example of the Longines Flagship Automatic reference 3418 from circa 1966. This stunning vintage Longines Flagship features a stunning brushed silver dial, 35mm 9k gold case and is powered by the superb 17 jewel calibre 345 automatic movement. In short, it ticks all the boxes for a vintage gold dress watch!

The Flagship range was launched by Longines in 1957 which (along with the Conquest line) kickstarted Longines modern approach to marketing watches under individual model lines. So stunning was its clean design that many have called the Conquest the quintessential dress watch of the 1950's. Longines themselves honoured the original with a 60th Anniversary re-redition (aka Heritage) model in 2017. As beautiful as that was, we prefer the original!

• Movement: Serviced and in excellent condition;
• Strap: Excellent condition. 3rd party. Can be switched to one of our other straps on request at no cost;
