With its business-like lines, easily readable applied indices and no internal bezel, this Omega Chronostop is a model of simple form-follows-function watch design. Clarity is everything with this desirable timepiece. The dominant orange sweep second-hand contrasts impressively with the underlying grey and steel tones of dial, bezel and tonneau case.

Technical & Condition

Condition: The original dial features creamy tritium lume plots and is in excellent condition. The case is sharp, keeps its original sunburst satin-finish in the bezel area, and is in good condition. There are some age-consistent marks and scratches, especially on the screw-down case back. The winding crown is Omega signed.

Crystal: Good condition; third-party replacement crystal; scratches in keeping with age.
