Rolex Shock Resisting 9k Gold, 1960 Vintage Dress Watch

A stunning vintage Rolex 'Shock Resisting' 9k gold jumbo from the 1960s. The dial of this watch is beautifully minimalist, with graduated minute hands and black Arabic numerals. The watch is in excellent condition and features the larger, more coveted 36mm 9k gold case; an example you'd have to spend far north of £5k in London for acquire.

The case is made of 9k solid gold and signed 'Dennison A.L.D'. Dennison will be well known to frequent visitors to our site; they were a British case maker and are well known to have worked with brands such as Rolex, Omega, IWC, Jaeger-LeCoultre and many others over the years. Condition: Excellent overall condition. The case remains in good shape for its age. There are a few scratches here and there but overall its very clean. The dial is exceptional having been previously professionally restored. The watch is powered by a manual wind 15 jewel movement signed Rolex.
