A rare example of the Universal Geneve Dato Compax 22530. This reference 22530 Dato Compax hails from circa 1941 and features a professionally restored dial and stunning 37.5mm case.
The Universal Geneve Dato Compax was produced for a fairly short time in 1940s. Its standout feature was date subdial at 12 o'clock. Both steel and gold examples were produced, as were different case sizes with the larger size, such as this example, being the one favoured by collectors today. The watch is powered by the calibre 287 manual wind movement.
