A stunning example of the Breitling Top Time reference 2002. This example of the ref 2002-3 features the highly sought after reverse panda dial and calibre Valjoux 7730 movement.
Originally developed to appeal to a younger, more trendy audience, the design of the Breitling Top Time, especially in the guise of the reference 2002 has become iconic in the watch collecting community.
The Breitling Top Time reference 2002 was also the first watch to undergo the "Q Treatment" in the James Bond franchise, appearing on the wrist of Sean Connery in the 1965 film Thunderball.
This particular example is in excellent condition for its age with its monobloc case still showing good sharpness. It's balanced dial design shows attractive ageing without any signs of significant marks. The hands are in average condition and a spare set of hands is also included in the sale. The Valjoux 7730 movement is serviced and running well.
