We're proud to offer this stunning Heuer Camaro 7220 in original unpolished condition and still sporting its original Gay Frères (G&F) bracelet and Heuer Warranty.
Originally purchased in 1973 by a Heuer employee for her father, the watch remained a trusted daily wearer for decades until we recently purchased it from its original owner.
We've since given it a comprehensive overhaul to bring it back to full working order. Whilst there are signs of wear to the case we've left it unpolished. It could easily be polished for that "like-new" effect but we feel a watch in such original condition is enhanced by the signs of a well used life.
What's even rarer about this is the presence of the original G&F bracelet. These bracelets have become highly collectable in their own right and currently trade for several hundreds of pounds. Hodinkee wrote a fantastic article on G&F for anyone looking to learn more about this fascinating brand.
This Camaro ref 7220 is powered by the venerable manual wind valjoux 72 movement, housed in the famous 37mm cushion case.
A highly collectable Heuer Camaro 7220 perfect for both collectors and investors who value original condition and fantastic provenance!
