An attractive Rolex Precision 9k gold vintage watch from circa 1955. These gold Rolex Precisions have seen a surge in demand in the past few years, remaining one of the few reasonably priced vintage Rolexes around.
Unusually for a Rolex, they sport more of an understated and subtle design that oozes a timeless elegance. Whilst 31mm (without the crown) may sound small, it perfectly suits a watch of this style and would make for the ideal choice for the gentleman (or lady) that prefers a subtle elegance over an ostentatious design.
Condition wise, this watch is in good overall shape with the dial-in excellent condition having taken on a pleasing vintage feel to it (you see a lot of poorly done redials on these). The hands have been previously relumed. The case itself is in great condition given its age and still sports the attractive lines to its lugs that makes this piece so appealing. Inside, the watch is powered by a serviced 15-ruby Rolex movement. Finally, the watch is fitted with a new black leather strap to finish off its timeless look.
