The history behind the Submariner 14060

The Rolex Submariner 14060 was produced from 1990 until 1999, when the Submariner 14060M (modified) was released. The 14060M, with its calibre 3130 movement, remained unmodified until 2007, when it received 'Officially Certified' status, and became known as the four-liner Superlative Chronometer. In 2009, the Rolex Submariner 14060M was replaced with the 114060.

Technical & Condition: 

Overall the watch remains in excellent condition.

The dial has achieved a sought after "frozen" patina that is visible at certain angles.

The tritium lume plots have aged to an attractive ivory colour. The case remains in good shape with only minor scratches as expected with the age of the watch. The bracelet shows minimal stretch. The movement is clean and just back from service.
