The Universal Geneve Tri-Compax has long been a favourite among collectors with its ability to showcase mechanical complexity whilst still retaining beautiful aesthetics. This original example showcases a sharp case and original dial and makes for a great alternative to more minimalist dress watches.
Originally launched in 1944 at the Basel Watch Fair to mark the brand's 50th anniversary, the Tri-Compax reference refers to the three complications: moonphase, calendar and chronograph. This particular example houses the UG Caliber 481.
